OUR MISSION: Morgan’s Caring Connection (MCC) helps families raising children and adults with disabilities plan for a secure future. We connect families with trusted professionals, provide free education and resources, and offer financial assistance to help cover the cost of essential estate and future planning, including special needs trusts, guardianship and financial planning. Our goal is to make a complicated and often overwhelming process easier to navigate, so families can take action today knowing their loved one will be protected and supported in the future.
WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES: Funding supports our Family Support Giving Fund, which helps cover the cost of estate plans, special needs trusts, guardianship and specialized financial planning for families who may otherwise be unable to afford these services.
Donations also support our free education webinar series, family resources and community events that connect families with trusted professionals and organizations.
WAYS YOU CAN SUPPORT US:
- Your monetary gift to our Family Support Giving Fund (familysupportgivingfund.org) helps families afford essential planning services, including estate plans, special needs trusts, guardianship and specialized financial planning.
