Tina DeGroot, PhD, APRN, is a dedicated cardiology provider at Stoughton Health with a passion for improving heart health in her hometown community. Born and raised in Stoughton, she brings more than 30 years of experience as both a clinician and educator, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and mentorship. Tina is actively involved in community outreach, presenting on women’s heart health and leading educational sessions to make cardiology more accessible. Recognized nationally as Preceptor of the Year, she gives back through service by mentoring future providers, teaching as nursing faculty at Edgewood University, and recently serving on the State Board of Nursing, appointed by Governor Tony Evers.
