Head to MKE for a “Sneak Peek” of our April Jaunt

In need of a mini-break to wipe any lingering winter blues away? Consider pausing for a pause at The Pfister Hotel. Either pre-or post-spa visit, consider spending an afternoon at this historic locale. Personally, I was surprised to find a spa of this luxurious caliber so close to my Milwaukee home. I didn’t even have to board a plane to find bliss! Next time I’m going to book a massage, maybe the “You Rock” hot-stone massage, followed by the Pfister’s glam afternoon-tea service.
The seasonal afternoon-tea service runs through April 1, dialing it back to the 19th century with a signature white-tea rose-mélange blend crafted by Milwaukee’s own Rishi Tea, called Pfister 1893, celebrating the year the hotel opened. The grand spread, which includes 12 tea varieties, and a choice of four food menus, is served by a tea butler in Blu on the 23rd floor, a space that closes out each night in the hotel with live music and classic cocktails, paired with a view of the Milwaukee skyline. There are four tasting slots on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; reservations required.
