Dawn and Dan Dolbeau started Panther Exteriors & Contracting in the kitchen of their Stoughton home 10 years ago. Panther is now on pace to exceed $7 million in sales with 13 employees, growing over $1 million annually for the past six years.
The award-winning exterior remodeling company serves homeowners across southern Wisconsin and specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, windows and storm restoration. Several staff members are certified in storm damage assessment, and Panther was named Best of Oregon Roofing Contractor for 2025 and 2026 by Business Rate, with Dan and Dawn Dolbeau receiving the Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business People of the Year Award for 2026.
Beyond the work, Panther is deeply invested in its community, supporting the Oregon School District’s sports and arts programs, offering a trade-school scholarship for graduating seniors and serving on the Chamber of Commerce board.
