Join Team Deliciouser and Madison-based vegan chef Juan Umaña for a hands-on journey through the art of steamed doughs in this globally inspired workshop. You’ll learn to shape and steam three traditional, plant-based favorites from across Asia:

Japanese Baozi – fluffy, savory stuffed buns

Tibetan Momos – intricately pleated dumplings

Cambodian Palm Rice Cakes – chewy, fragrant sweets made with rice flour and coconut

Chef Juan will guide you through each step—from dough prep to folding techniques—while sharing stories, tips, and insights into these deeply rooted dishes. Expect bold flavors, plant-based creativity, and lots of hands-on fun.
