Women’s Wellness Series: Pilates Strength & Core Flow
Come join us for a dynamic, mat-based Pilates session designed to build core strength, improve posture, and support functional movement. Expect mindful, low-impact strength work that leaves your body feeling strong, aligned, and energized. (30 minutes of movement, 30 minutes of rest & connection)
Every Friday (7:30am – 8:30am), Ether Wellness opens its doors for our Women’s Wellness Series: a rotating blend of movement, reflection, education, and restorative practices designed to support your whole self. Each session offers a chance to reset, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and energy in community. Whether you’re seeking strength, grounding, clarity, or calm, these Friday gatherings give you a meaningful space to grow and feel supported.
