uHuman’s CREATIVE RECOVERY FEST! is a daylong public event on SATURDAY, MARCH 28, 2026 at Madison’s ARTS + LITERATURE LABORATORY (ALL) featuring immersive arts therapy-inspired workshops where community members of all backgrounds can engage in expressive arts and help destigmatize both addiction and sobriety.

Workshops & offerings include:

*Goodie bags for the 1st 50 guests
*Comic Book Storytelling
*Contemplative Writing
*Arts Therapy Workshop
*Music & Movement Workshop
*Creativity Coaching
*Mini-Massages (11:30-1:30pm only)
*Holistic Nutrition Talk & Vegan Lunch
*Live Podcast Interview with Dina Nina Martinez Rutherford, Wisconsin State Assembly candidate
*Networking and snacks
*Prize raffle

All are welcome, not just folks in recovery. Guests are also welcome to come & go as they please.

This a free public event but a contribution of $20 is recommended. All proceeds from the FEST! help us realize our unique & impactful vision for uHuman…
