Join the UW Health Culinary Medicine team as they explore the amazing in season foods. We will explore what is at the farmers market, provide nutrition benefits of the fruits and vegetables in season, as well as continuing to support patient protein needs by providing information on adjusting protein and calorie content in recipes.
The menu will include a watermelon cocktail, Caprese skewers, and veggie/quinoa tabbouleh. You will have the opportunity to learn, chat, and enjoy the delicious food.
