Get ready to level up your poultry game with The Deliciouser’s Spring Chicken Spatchcock Workshop! In this demonstration, you’ll learn the technique of removing the backbone of a chicken, resulting in faster, more even cooking and irresistibly crispy skin. Chef Patrick will guide you through the process, from knife skills and proper handling to seasoning and roasting tips so you can easily replicate it at home.

Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to elevate your skills, this class will give you the confidence to try spatchcocking in your own kitchen—no apron required. To round out the experience, you’ll be served a portion of perfectly cooked spatchcocked chicken alongside a fresh spring vegetable salad. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a seasonal treat from the kitchen, because no great meal is complete without a little something for dessert.
