We’re thrilled to welcome back Ben Delaney, The Kilted Cook, to celebrate Scotland’s iconic bard, Robert Burns. We’re crafting a five-course menu inspired by classic Scottish dishes, reimagined with The Deliciouser’s signature flavors. Expect whisky flights, festive cocktails, a live bagpiper to set the tone, and a generous dose of Scottish charm.

Born and raised in Edinburgh, Ben’s culinary roots began in his family kitchen before he refined his craft in the restaurants of Leith’s famed Shore district. His passion for regional ingredients and authentic technique shines through in every dish, whether he’s elevating traditional Scottish fare or exploring global flavors.

This year’s Burns Night holds a few surprises we can’t wait to share—join us to experience them firsthand.
