Quesadilla 2025: A Seasonal Lunch Workshop – Saturday, October 11th

Join us for a lunch workshop where a simple quesadilla is elevated through Chef Patrick O’Halloran’s signature techniques and The Deliciouser’s bold spice blends. Each year Patrick creates a signature quesadilla, and for 2025 he’s taking it in a fresh, seasonal direction—replacing the traditional tortilla with tender swiss chard leaves at their peak flavor. In this workshop, Patrick will show you how to fill, fold, and cook this vibrant creation, served with Morita Chili salsa and rich Oaxaca spiced mole.

You’ll also enjoy a side of sweet corn street corn dip seasoned with our Zócalo spice blend—a warm, bright complement to the dish. Enjoy a dish that proves beauty and bold flavor can share the same plate.
