Inner Light Women’s Circle: Sacred Boundaries

An evening devoted to protecting your peace and honoring your energy. Through meditation, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore what it means to create boundaries that feel empowering rather than restrictive.

Led by Kari Mysker, The Inner Light Women’s Circle is a gathering designed to help guide you out of your comfort zone gently and into your higher self, show up authentically, and connect with yourself and others on a deeper level, without judgement.

Each session blends grounding practices (meditation, breathwork, somatic practices), journaling or an oracle card pull, and open-hearted sharing. Some circles also weave in themes, rituals, or creative expression to nurture self-discovery and soul connection.
