Crafting local beer and stellar pub eats is par for the course at the Great Dane. The iconic Madison brewery recently revamped its menu to incorporate more seasonal and shareable offerings, like its cheese-curd laden version of poutine—a classic Canadian dish with a Wisco twist.
Pub fries: Piping hot taters come stacked in garlic-dill curds and a generous sprinkle of chives adds flavor and garnish
Gravy: Thick, savory and delish— try not to lick your fingers and the bowl when you’re done.
