We’ll start with a bright ceviche featuring serrano chiles, crisp radish, and our Zócalo spice, served atop crunchy tostadas. Then we’ll build a rich, smoky sopa de camarón—plump shrimp in a spicy tomato broth with morita chiles and creamy avocado. A workshop that captures the balance of heat, acid, and comfort in every bite.
