This class is perfect for movers who are just starting their yoga and music journey or have gotten a little too wiggly for “Baby and Me” classes! Incorporating a balance of music and yoga principles, this early childhood class will sure to be fun for both kids and their adults. The fall session’s theme is “Out of this World”! Come explore outer space through songs, movement, poses and stories!
