A New Public Art Mural opening created by the artist known as Audifax in Monona, WI. The project is presented by the Madison Public Art Project. Located at the Hwy 12/18 Underpass, the “Riding Waves” mural seeks to destigmatize mental illness in our community, opens a dialogue for change, and demonstrates the power of the art in an urban landscape.
