Together\, we’ll reflect on where we’re overgiving and explore what it feels like to soften\, slow down\, and support our nervous systems without shame. \nOffering a guided space to slow down\, check in with yourself\, and reconnect with what matters. Through prompts\, light discussion\, and supportive sharing\, you’ll gain clarity\, feel grounded\, and experience a deeper sense of community. \nEvery Friday (7:30am – 8:30am)\, Ether Wellness opens its doors for our Women’s Wellness Series: a rotating blend of movement\, reflection\, education\, and restorative practices designed to support your whole self. Each session offers a chance to reset\, reconnect\, and nourish your mind\, body\, and energy in community.
