Erin has recently moved to Madison from California where she’s spent the last several years writing and illustrating her bestselling Forest Feast cookbooks series from her cabin in the redwoods. We are excited to feature a colorful\, vegetarian 5-course menu inspired by her cookbooks. Each guest will receive a copy of Erin’s latest book\, The Watercolor Feast\, which teaches readers to paint fruits\, vegetables\, and edible flowers. There will be watercolors and fresh produce set out at each table so guests can interact with the medium\, learn from Erin\, and make time for creativity and conversation over a vibrant meal. \nErin Gleeson is the New York Times bestselling author of The Forest Feast vegetarian cookbook series. Her books have been translated into 10 languages and are sold worldwide. Her 6th book\, The Watercolor Feast\, will be released April 15\, 2025. This book encourages readers to make time for creativity by learning to paint fruits\, vegetables\, and edible flowers using watercolor. From Chen’s most iconic works to groundbreaking new compositions\, the concerts spotlight a thrilling lineup\, including world premieres by the 2025 Call for Scores winners\, and the return of mezzo-soprano Adriana Zabala as Susan B.
