The sound vibrations will promote a sense of inner peace\, balance\, and harmony\, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. \nBe sure to wear clothing that is comfortable to move in and bring something to lie on (e.g. yoga mat\, beach towel\, camping bedroll). Rooftop is made up of stone tiles. Also be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen – there is little to no shade on the rooftop. \nWilliam T. She has completed programs with 21st Century Yoga on the Mat and the RajaHatha school of yoga. She is a Reiki Master\, and trained in Sound Healing\, Aromatherapy\, Pranayama\, Meditation\, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In her classes\, expect dynamic movement\, breathwork\, meditation\, and a physical challenge adaptable for multiple levels. Her goal is for students to leave feeling lighter and stronger physically\, emotionally and spiritually.

SUMMARY:Classic Movie: Strangers on a Train
DESCRIPTION:Experience a classic movie in a historic space! \nFirst shown at Taliesin in 1952\, Strangers on a Train is a classic suspense tale–widely considered one of Alfred Hitchcock’s best works–tapping into the evil that lies hidden just beneath the surface of each of us. When two strangers–tennis star Guy Haines (Farley Granger)\, whose wife will not grant him a divorce\, and wealthy but deranged young Bruno Anthony (Robert Walker)\, who wants to be rid of his father–happen to meet on a train from Washington to New York\, the conversation casually turns to a possibly perfect crime: what if each committed a murder for the other? There is nothing to connect the two men. No apparent motive for either killing. When the trip ends\, Guy believes the conversation was hypothetical\, and that he will never see Bruno again. Then his wife is murdered . . . and Bruno returns for payback. \nThis film is presented in partnership with the River Valley Film Club and American Players Theatre.
