LESS HUSTLE, MORE HEALTH | Dr. Ann Garvin

Dr. Garvin is the author of On Maggie’s Watch (2010) and The Dog Year (2014) both fiction titles published with Berkley a division of the Penguin Group (USA).
On November 12th, Dr. Ann Garvin will address how woman work hard to care for the people they love. Often this means that while caring for others they create plenty of hustle and fatigue for themselves and not enough joy. It takes a shift of thinking to push back against a culture that is constantly urging women to do more, give more, be your ‘best self.” Wouldn’t it be lovely to create less hustle, less fatigue and more joy? Join us for this THRIVE Connections Luncheon!
