Dining in the Dark

Chef Dave Heide creates an Italian-inspired multi-course menu that challenges participants to rethink the importance of vision in the food experience. Guests wear blindfolds while dining – experiencing a heightened sense of smell and hot, cold, crunchy and smooth food textures, as well as a range of local flavors. Wine pairing available.
