Warm Spinach Salad with Eggs and Bacon

Start to Finish 10 minutes

Makes 4 servings

 

1/4 cup olive oil and vinegar dressing, Newman’s Own®

4 cups bagged baby spinach, Ready Pac®

1 cup quartered artichoke hearts, Maria®

2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

1/4 cup crumbled real bacon pieces, Hormel®

 

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dressing in microwave on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.

 

2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, eggs, and bacon. Pour warm dressing over top and toss to dress salad. Serve immediately.
