Fragrant Chicken

From Imperial Garden

2 skinless chicken breasts, sliced?
1/8 c. plus
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil?
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic?
1 Tbsp. dry white wine?
3 Tbsp. tomato sauce?
2 Tbsp. white vinegar?
¼ tsp. salt?
3 Tbsp. sugar?
1 Tbsp. crushed red chili pepper flakes

Green peppers, chopped?Wood mushrooms, sliced?White onions, chopped?Water chestnuts, sliced?Carrots, sliced

Directions: ?
Sautee thin strips of white meat chicken in 1/8 cup oil. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Sautee vegetables lightly in 1 Tbsp. oil and set aside. Add the following ingredients to the pan and bring to a simmer: garlic, dry white wine, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, crushed red chili pepper flakes. Add chicken and vegetables to pan and quickly toss.

Serve with steamed white or brown rice
